Wastewater Engineer

Job Description

As a Wastewater Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing wastewater treatment systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers and environmental scientists to ensure our projects meet regulatory standards and incorporate sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess and troubleshoot wastewater treatment systems.
• Contribute to the preparation of grant applications for project funding.
• Work on multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Develop and present project proposals to management.
• Perform data analysis to improve treatment operations.
• Conduct fieldwork for site assessments and condition evaluations.
• Document project phases and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
• Provide technical support to clients and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in wastewater engineering or related field

• Hydraulic Modelling
