UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a UX Designer with a flair for creativity and a passion for designing engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centred design principles and will work collaboratively with our development and design teams to create innovative design solutions that enhance usability.

Responsibilities

• Gather qualitative and quantitative user insights through user testing.
• Facilitate workshops to brainstorm and develop design concepts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency in user experiences.
• Evaluate existing designs and recommend enhancements to improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• Visual Design
• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• User Experience Design Certification
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
