We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our East London team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in chemical processes and will work on exciting projects that contribute to our commitment to sustainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new chemical processes for product improvement.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new processes and technologies.
• Monitor and adjust processes to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and experiments.
• Train staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop new products.
• Assist in the maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Support quality assurance efforts through process optimization.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a chemical engineering role

• Process Simulation Software (ASPEN, HYSYS)

• Certified Chemical Engineer (CCE)
