We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Rustenburg. In this role, you will analyze and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality across all operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for optimizing performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to ensure the safety and effectiveness of production processes.
• Monitor implementation of new processes and ensure compliance across departments.
• Prepare reports detailing project progress, performance metrics, and improvement outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and maintain project timelines.
• Engage with suppliers and assist in the procurement of manufacturing resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
