Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, providing timely assistance and troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within the IT systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to staff and users.
  • Document support activities and create user manuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Participate in IT meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Test new software and system updates before deployment.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Certifications in networking or systems administration are a plus

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support roles
