Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid license from the regulatory body for insurance professionals in South Africa. As a Licensed Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and selling life insurance policies, educating clients about coverage options, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to generate sales leads.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Conduct needs analysis for clients and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all communications.
• Utilize CRM software for tracking and managing client interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Engage in community events to enhance visibility and network.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management review.
• Facilitate regular client follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in insurance or sales would be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Life Insurance Agent in the insurance industry.
