We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will leverage data to provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify analytical requirements and use statistical methods to interpret complex data sets, transforming them into tangible business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support as necessary.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT tools and systems.
• Monitor and resolve network performance issues.
• Participate in IT training sessions for staff.
• Keep up to date with the latest IT trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in IT
• Additional certifications (A+, N+) are preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
