Dry Room Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dry Room Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment in our dry room to ensure optimal production and product quality. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in managing humidity and temperature levels.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with quality control staff to assess product quality during the drying process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production performance and strategies.
• Ensure that the workspace is tidy and organized at all times.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance operational knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dry room operator or in a related field.
