We are seeking a talented Blockchain Developer to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will be tasked with building and maintaining innovative blockchain solutions, ensuring security measures are in place, and working with agile teams to enhance user experience while adhering to industry’s best practices.

Responsibilities

• Research innovation in blockchain technology and provide insights to the team.
• Maintain documentation of code, processes, and systems to promote transparency.
• Assist in the training of junior developers and peers on blockchain technologies.
• Prepare reports on project status and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Actively participate in project planning and deliver timely updates on milestones.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Additional certifications in blockchain technology are beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software development with exposure to blockchain technologies

• Cryptographic Hashing

Languages

• English: Fluent
