Job Description

As a Bookkeeper in Port Elizabeth, your responsibilities will include processing payroll, preparing invoices, and conducting audits of financial documents. Responsibilities

  • Update and manage the accounting system to ensure accurate entries.
  • Coordinate with various departments for financial reports.
  • Handle client inquiries related to accounts.
  • Prepare summaries of financial information for management review.
  • Optimize financial processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Ensure confidentiality in handling financial documentation.
  • Prepare and file necessary tax documentation.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding client invoices.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Finance certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
