Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare periodic budget reports for management review.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Implement improvements to accounting systems.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development to keep updated with accounting practices.
• Review invoices for accuracy and process accordingly.
• Contribute to strategy meetings with financial insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Honours degree in Accounting or Finance is advantageous.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
