Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and upgrade of IT systems and software.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshop sessions for users.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and client feedback.
• Assist in inventory management of IT assets.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related field

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a technical support capacity

Languages
