Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auditor to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial auditing and compliance, offering insightful recommendations for business improvements. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will work closely with clients to enhance financial strategies and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments from planning through completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their operational challenges.
• Provide actionable solutions for operational and financial improvements.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance with recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate training for clients on policies and procedures.
• Ensure rigorous quality control standards are met during audit processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce
• CA(SA), ACCA or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant auditing role

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
