Join our team as a Scale Agent. You will be entrusted with maintaining scale equipment to ensure weight measurement accuracy. Your collaboration with production and quality control teams will help uphold our commitment to quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the calibration processes to guarantee precision in measurements.
• Assist with training new employees on scale operations and protocols.
• Conduct audits of scale systems to evaluate performance and compliance.
• Implement updates and improvements to scale management processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies.
• Manage scale inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Prepare and present data reports to management.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes that could impact scale operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Related technical qualifications preferred

Experience

• Experience with scale calibration and maintenance is a plus

• Scale calibration expertise
