Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein. You will take on the responsibility of supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, responding to user requests, and ensuring that our systems are working effectively at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for different operating systems.
  • Handle user account management and ensure proper permissions are allocated.
  • Conduct regular system checks and updates to enhance security.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT resources.
  • Assist in implementing security protocols to protect information systems.
  • Provide training and support to users on software applications and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
