Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure new hardware and software systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support IT initiatives.
  • Ensure secure and efficient data handling and storage.
  • Assist in the management of the IT helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or certification in IT-related fields
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support or technical assistance
