We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide efficient technical support at our Johannesburg office. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring system security, and assisting with network maintenance. A proactive attitude and relevant technical expertise are essential.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or relevant IT qualification
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
