Job Description

The Healthcare Administrator position requires an individual committed to excellence in healthcare management. You will handle facility operations, staff management, and devise strategies to improve patient care while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of healthcare facilities to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate patient admissions and discharges.
• Develop, implement, and maintain healthcare policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to ensure sustainability.
• Enhance patient satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with medical staff for effective delivery of care and service.
• Oversee staff training and development programs to ensure quality service.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management
