Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our project initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. Enthusiasm for innovative project management methodologies is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Use project management software to monitor project progress.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings to align team goals.
  • Motivate team members and foster a positive working environment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively.
  • Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record
