Job Description

Join us as a Tea Bag Packer, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient packaging of tea bags. This role will require you to maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety guidelines while monitoring production line operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack tea bags into packaging while upholding quality standards.
• Conduct regular checks for quality and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with the team to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the packaging area.
• Follow all health and safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory management of packaging materials.
• Participate in training for new machinery operation as needed.
• Support the overall production team in meeting efficiency targets.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
