• Perform troubleshooting remotely or onsite as required.
• Coordinate with external IT support when necessary.

• Compile user feedback to define opportunities for IT improvements.
• Develop training materials and user guides for software and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in IT support roles

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
