We seek a passionate and experienced Environmental Engineer to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing sustainable solutions to environmental issues and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring our projects meet both regulatory requirements and community needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the environmental performance of existing projects.
• Implement green building practices within project guidelines.
• Research and develop innovative technologies for environmental protection.
• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals for environmental projects.
• Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Engage in policy advocacy to promote sustainable practices.
• Conduct site visits to assess environmental conditions and compliance.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders and community members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project integration.
• Keep abreast of new environmental regulations and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental engineering
