Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role involves providing a range of therapeutic treatments to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage and skincare techniques, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute various therapeutic massages and body treatments.
• Customize services to meet client needs and expectations.
• Ensure the spa environment is relaxing and welcoming.
• Instruct clients on post-treatment care.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Continuously seek feedback to improve client services.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Aesthetics or Massage Therapy
• Experience in spa or wellness environment is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years experience in a spa setting
