Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and certified Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team in Durban. As a Fitness Trainer, you will work closely with clients to design personalized training programs, motivate them to achieve their fitness goals, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Your expertise will help inspire and transform the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tailored fitness programs based on individual strengths and weaknesses.
  • Conduct regular fitness evaluations and provide feedback to clients.
  • Instruct clients on how to properly use gym equipment.
  • Encourage and motivate clients during their fitness journey.
  • Develop group sessions that are engaging and effective.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Participate in community fitness events and workshops.
  • Monitor client attendance and progress to ensure accountability.
  • Work alongside nutritionists to offer a holistic health approach.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Fitness Training or similar field
  • Degree in Kinesiology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a personal training capacity
