Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records to reflect accurately on financial statements.
Prepare monthly billing and coordinate with clients.
Handle queries related to invoices and financial transactions.
Assist in implementing new accounting software solutions.
Conduct regular audits of financial documents.
Assist in developing comprehensive budgeting procedures.
Prepare end-of-year financial documents for tax records.
Ensure the timely payment of financial obligations.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts.

Requirements
Education
Diploma in Accounting or Finance
BCom is an advantage

3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
