Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to perform audits and assessments that will enhance the overall effectiveness of our financial practices. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying compliance issues and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Develop audit plans and communicate findings to senior management.
• Identify financial and operational risks and provide mitigation solutions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present them to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure corrective measures are implemented effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting audit practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or financial analysis
