We are seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor to oversee a team of mechanics and installers. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanics and oversee their daily tasks.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and adheres to safety protocols.
• Facilitate regular team meetings for updates and performance discussions.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to enhance team collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
• Implement best practices for efficiency in repair and installation projects.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field
• Higher qualification such as a degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanics with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
