As a Bead Preparer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by preparing beads for manufacturing. Your responsibilities include cleaning, sorting, and ensuring that all beads are ready for jewelry making.

Responsibilities

• Clean and handle beads carefully to avoid damage.
• Sort and categorize beads for easy access.
• String and prepare beads for final assembly.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies.
• Report any damaged or defective beads to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the production team during peak times.

Experience
