We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily tasks to enhance their independence
• Support clients with medication management and health monitoring
• Foster relationships with clients for improved emotional support
• Assist with daily exercise routines and physical rehabilitation activities
• Conduct light housekeeping tasks to maintain client’s living space
• Provide a safe environment during home care visits
• Encourage clients to participate in social activities
• Document all care activities accurately to maintain clear communication with the healthcare team
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Communicate effectively with family members regarding the care provided
