Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee project planning and execution while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing project teams, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that cover scope, resources, and timelines.
• Manage project performance to ensure adherence to predefined plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
• Mitigate project risks and devise contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Master's degree or additional certifications in project management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects, preferably with a technical focus
