• Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and networks for new clients.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on technology trends.
