We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the design and execution of significant civil projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and development of civil projects, from conception to execution.
• Develop project schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with engineering best practices and health/safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site evaluations to monitor progress.
• Provide engineering expertise and support to project teams.
• Participate in community engagement for public projects.
• Prepare technical specifications and proposals for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of recent experience in civil engineering.

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Certifications

• Registered Engineer (PrEng)

Languages
