Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security protocols and a strong grasp of risk assessment methodologies. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies that protect their sensitive data and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead security audits to identify vulnerabilities in systems.
• Collaborate with teams to develop effective incident response plans.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing security architecture.
• Conduct regular system and network monitoring for compliance.
• Maintain awareness of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Create reports and presentations for stakeholders on security status.
• Engage with clients to understand their security needs and concerns.
• Implement advanced security protocols in line with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems
• Master's degree would be a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related field
