Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations and logistics in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, ensuring the efficient use and safety of our vehicles while optimizing logistics and managing costs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize vehicle utilization for optimal efficiency.
  • Manage fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
  • Conduct market research for fleet procurement.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement technology solutions for fleet management.
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within fleet or logistics
