We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Field Hockey Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing training programs, coaching players, and guiding them through competitions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of aspiring hockey players.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored training sessions that focus on skill development.
• Evaluate players' strengths and weaknesses to maximize potential.
• Foster a positive and competitive team environment.
• Develop and manage relationships with community partners for events.
• Assist in recruitment and retention of players.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Host workshops and clinics for skill enhancement.
• Encourage and aid in the academic support of student-athletes.
• Implement a player feedback and evaluation system.
• Plan and execute seasonal training camps.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' coaching experience in field hockey or similar sport
