The First-Line Supervisor of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers is responsible for managing the cleanliness and functionality of all guest rooms in our motels. This role is crucial for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining our high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping.
• Coordinate staff assignments and oversee cleaning schedules.
• Ensure all safety and sanitary regulations are adhered to.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Implement training for staff on cleaning techniques and safety measures.
• Assist in the development of housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on staff performance and inventory status.
• Motivate and evaluate staff performance regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping or related field
