The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing residential and commercial buildings, with a focus on sustainable and functional architecture. You will collaborate closely with clients and contractors, ensuring that the projects meet high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural designs and solution proposals.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams during project planning.
• Lead design presentations and project meetings with clients.
• Conduct research to stay updated on architectural trends and technologies.
• Develop visualizations and models to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals.
• Respond to design issues that arise during construction.
• Evaluate aesthetics and functionality of buildings and spaces.
• Document all design processes and project phases thoroughly.
• Lead project design reviews to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural project management

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building Codes and Regulations

Certifications

• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
