Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit team in Cape Town. This role involves managing multiple client engagements and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments and manage client relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
• Monitor audit progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Review workpapers and ensure thorough documentation.
• Assist clients in implementing audit recommendations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
