We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Lead to oversee our creative team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for guiding design initiatives and ensuring that our projects meet both client expectations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio and proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects from initial ideation through to delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into design.
• Ensure all design output is of the highest quality and meets brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize software tools to create visuals, prototypes, and presentations.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics and project progress.
• Participate in presentations to clients, showcasing design strategies and concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
