Join our team as a Healthcare Administrator, where you'll manage essential administrative functions in a busy healthcare environment. This role requires excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination between departments and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Responsibilities

  • Oversee billing for patients and ensure accuracy in charges.
  • Coordinate training and onboarding programs for new staff.
  • Manage facility compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate smooth operation of IT systems in the administration.
  • Organize meetings for operational reviews and planning.
  • Evaluate performance of administrative processes and implement changes.
  • Support marketing efforts for healthcare services delivered.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to promote health programs.
  • Conduct regular audits of medical records and administrative processes.
  • Ensure optimal supply chain and inventory management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or similar
  • Master's in Public Health or Business Administration is beneficial
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare administrative role
