• Document student progress and behavior reports for ongoing assessment.
• Coordinate with other teachers and staff to provide a stable learning environment.
• Engage in professional development to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Establish strong relationships with students to promote trust and growth.
• Facilitate a safe environment where every student feels valued.
• Implement technology and tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Prepare reports on curriculum and student progress for administrative review.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Special Education is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years working in a special education environment
