Before and After School Site Director

Job Description

The Before and After School Site Director will oversee the daily operations of our before and after school programs at ABC Academy. This individual will ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children, managing staff and communicating effectively with parents and school administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the before and after school care programs.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss program changes and improvements.
• Encourage a collaborative environment among educators to share best practices.
• Monitor children's progress and well-being throughout the program.
• Develop partnerships with local community organizations for additional resources.
• Ensure the program is engaging and meets the educational standards set by relevant authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a childcare or education leadership role.
