• Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to project improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in road and bridge construction

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Engineering

• Analytical Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
