Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to understand design needs and preferences.
• Generate design presentations and visualisations to communicate ideas.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Create and adhere to project budgets, providing regular updates to clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Advantageous

• LEED Certification: Knowledge of sustainable design practices preferred.
• Experience in project management: Strong background in managing design projects from start to finish.
