Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines while contributing to our mission of enhancing medical knowledge and improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the submission of regulatory documents.
• Support the project manager in tracking project milestones.
• Conduct regular audits of study documentation.
• Assist in the development of clinical study reports.
• Participate in clinical trial planning and feasibility assessments.
• Monitor and report on study progress to stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety reporting requirements.
• Liaise with investigators to address study-related queries.
• Provide insights gathered from site visits to enhance study quality.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates on trial status and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a scientific discipline
• Certification in Clinical Research is an advantage.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical trials management.
