We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our Cape Town facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining safety standards. Experience in logistics and supply chain management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and manage the workforce effectively.
• Ensure inventory is managed efficiently and accurately.

• Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams.
• Control budget and review financial aspects of operations.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics regularly.
• Provide coaching and training to warehouse personnel.
• Conduct audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Manage logistics for deliveries and shipments.
• Drive improvements in warehouse processes for better productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles
