UX Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced UX Designer to take charge of the user experience for our products. This position offers the chance to influence design decisions at all stages and work closely with other design professionals. Responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design processes from ideation to implementation.
• Engage in user testing to validate design concepts.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions.
• Provide design input for product features and functionality.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with UI design: Strong understanding of visual design principles and aesthetics.
