Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Document all aspects of patient care accurately in electronic health records.
  • Work collaboratively with health care teams to facilitate optimal care.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate treatments.
  • Engage with patients and families to provide support and education.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of nursing experience required
