Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Relevant technical certification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in printer installation, maintenance, and repair.

Technical Skills

• Experience in providing technical support remotely
• Diagnostic tools

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in managing and maintaining a printer database: Capable of tracking service records and printer history.
