Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment while attending to patients' medical needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized care plans based on nursing assessments.
• Implement nursing interventions effectively and competently.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate discharge planning and follow-up care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare protocols and organizational policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Certification in a relevant nursing specialty is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing practice, preferably in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Intravenous Therapy
• Patient Education

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Stress Management

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Infection Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certified in Critical Care Nursing: Certification indicating advanced skills in critical care nursing.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR): Hands-on experience using EHR systems for patient documentation.
