Responsibilities
Develop individualized care plans based on nursing assessments.
Implement nursing interventions effectively and competently.
Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
Document all patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Facilitate discharge planning and follow-up care coordination.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Maintain compliance with all healthcare protocols and organizational policies.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
Certification in a relevant nursing specialty is preferred
Experience
3+ years of nursing practice, preferably in a clinical setting
